Stopping Internet Sexual Behavior

With the internet at our fingertips all day everyday, it is hard to not feel like you are addicted to screens and everything on them.  It is a common quick reaction to grab the phone when you are bored, angry, lonely, or just for no reason at all!  While lots of screen time has been shown to cause problems, one specific problem is compulsive sexual behavior.  Do you find yourself sexting, looking at porn, caming, or other online sexual behaviors that you want to stop?  Sometimes the main things a teen needs are some practical tools and skills that can help them stop and some peers who will encourage each other.

This group is specifically designed for teens who are working with a therapist on a particular issue such as anxiety or depression or stress but need some extra education on skills and tools to specifically help them stop particular online sexual behaviors.

This group is for teens who are:

  • Age 16-18

  • Recommended by your therapist

  • Wanting to stop certain online sexual behaviors

  • Wanting to receive support from peers and give support to peers
