She is a friendly voice that will help you begin your journey of hope and empowerment, no matter what you past is or what you think you know about counseling or coaching. Shae has had many thousands of hours of conversations helping clients get started on this path so, whatever you are needing to get started, Shae is the one to help you take that first step.

Shae handles all of the scheduling! If you want to get on the schedule of one of our professionals, Shae is the person that will make that happen!
