Journal prompts for relationship healing and amends
Hand written journal entries is one of the most widely recognized and recommended methods of making the change you want to see in your life. Use journal time to see more. See the reality of your situation and envision what you want to do and be. Plan a fully integrated (head, heart, gut and hands) path forward that accepts where you are and and envisions where you want to be. Use these prompts as your journal about relationship healing and making amends to those you have harmed
